1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilisia ("jilisia," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilisia online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the jilisia website at jilisia.net and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering a jilisia account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the jilisia Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with jilisia's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

jilisia operates as an online gaming platform serving players in the Philippines. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment and recreational purposes. jilisia does not guarantee any financial return from participation in any game or betting activity offered on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the jilisia Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the jilisia Platform, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. jilisia strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the jilisia Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) jilisia account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jilisia or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or use.
• Not a jilisia Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of jilisia and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

jilisia reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jilisia may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming features on the jilisia Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a jilisia account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilisia account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your jilisia account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify jilisia immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Use a strong, unique password for your jilisia account and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available to enhance account security.
• Log out of your jilisia account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

jilisia will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your jilisia account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified jilisia of unauthorized access.

jilisia conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jilisia supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported by your issuing bank.

All transactions on the jilisia Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jilisia account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jilisia does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. jilisia aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes published on the Platform, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jilisia reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your jilisia account dashboard. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full details.
• Dormant Accounts: jilisia reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have been dormant for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform.

jilisia does not accept deposits made using cryptocurrency of any kind, or credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jilisia offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your jilisia account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: jilisia reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other form of bonus exploitation.
• Modification and Withdrawal: jilisia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players in good faith.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Players who demonstrate patterns consistent with professional bonus hunting may have their bonus eligibility restricted at jilisia's sole discretion.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jilisia Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• Random Number Generation: All jilisia casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability.
• Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, jilisia reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account balance. jilisia's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection: jilisia is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the player's side. Where a game supports a disconnection recovery feature, jilisia will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. jilisia reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Void Bets: jilisia reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed in violation of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilisia Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one jilisia account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the jilisia Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving gaming services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilisia staff, live dealers, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your jilisia account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilisia Platform, including but not limited to the jilisia brand name, logo, trademarks, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of jilisia or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilisia Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilisia content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jilisia software.
• Use the jilisia brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any jilisia content without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of jilisia intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by jilisia and its licensors.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

jilisia collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jilisia Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilisia implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

jilisia may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, including disclosures to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory authorities, and with payment processors and KYC verification providers engaged to support Platform operations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilisia, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilisia Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.

jilisia's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilisia account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the agreement constituted by these Terms at any time. You may close your jilisia account by contacting jilisia customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

jilisia reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where jilisia closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, jilisia reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, jilisia may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The jilisia Platform operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilisia Platform, you agree to first contact jilisia customer support to seek an informal resolution. jilisia will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jilisia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilisia will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jilisia Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations.
